J.R. Properties was formed in 1982 by Jeffrey Robinson. Its main purpose is to provide professional and expert property management services in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. We provide financial, operational and administrative management for our clients. Management fees are determined by accessing individual needs and requirements of each property, not by fixed percentages. Our business focuses primarily is in the counties of Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and now in North Monterey County, California.
